Q. How long have you been teaching?
10 years
Q. What grade do you teach?
4th grade
Q. How has your first semester and the beginning of second went with BL implementation?
My BL implementation was a little rocky in the beginning but now things are going really good. I'm constantly revising the way that I work with my students to help meet their needs.
Q. How has BL changed your thoughts about teaching?
Blended Learning has helped me realize that I don't have to be in charge for my students to be successful. Blended learning has helped me to reach each of my students and build a better relationship with them. Not only do my students gain information and knowledge during our small group time, but I learn so much about them.
Q. If you had one word to describe BL what would say and why?
Personalized.

Q. How long have you been teaching? I am in my 27th year of teaching. This is my third year teaching in North Carolina. Before that I taught in Maryland.
Q. What grade do you teach? I am teaching 3rd grade this year. I have taught grades 3-6 in my career.
Q. How has your first semester and a half went with BL implementation? I am very comfortable using blended learning and have really learned how to incorporate technology into my daily lessons. Seeing the students so excited and competitive has really sold me. Now, I can't imagine running my classroom any other way. When I tell friends in other systems we have one-to-one technology, they are very envious.
Q. How has BL changed your thoughts about teaching? Blended learning has changed the way I teach in many ways. I see it as very specific differentiation in ways that I could never have addressed.
Q. If you had one word to describe BL what would say and why? Innovative. Differentiation. Cutting edge.
